Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Event Tally Pro mobile application and related services operated by Kuchenmeister GmbH (the “Application”). Kuchenmeister GmbH is referred to below as the “Service Provider”.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.

Event records such as event names, dates, guest counts, seat limits and seating-cost details are stored locally on the user’s device and are not retained by Kuchenmeister GmbH on its servers during normal use.

Precise location information

The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Third-party access

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.

Data Retention

Kuchenmeister GmbH does not retain personal data or Event Tally Pro event records on its servers through normal use of the Application.

There is therefore no routine server-side retention period for event names, dates, guest counts, seat limits, prices per seat, total cost summaries, or event history created in the Application.

Such records remain stored locally on the user’s device until the user removes them using available in-app controls, device application-storage controls, or by uninstalling the Application.

If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider, information you choose to provide may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Data Deletion

There is no server-side Event Tally Pro event database held by Kuchenmeister GmbH to delete because the Application does not upload or store normal event records on company servers.

You can delete locally stored Event Tally Pro data using available in-app controls, your device’s application-storage controls, or by uninstalling the Application.

If you voluntarily sent personal information directly to Kuchenmeister GmbH, you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@kuchenmeister.ink.

Opt-out rights

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no routine personal-data collection from which you need to opt out. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or market to them.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of server-side exposure of application user data is limited. Users should also rely on their device security, operating-system protections and application-storage settings to protect locally stored event records.

Data Breach Notification

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting application event records on Service Provider systems is minimal. If a security incident affects information you voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, notification will be made where required by applicable law.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page together with an updated effective date. Where required by law, additional notice or consent will be provided.

Your Consent

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
